Wheat and Triticale (a cross between wheat and rye), are also grown in a rotation sequence as the farm benefits from greater soil enhancements and livestock management. Production for these grains is excellent, as these hybrid varieties exceed 100+ bushels per acre each year. As a by-product of these grains, 1200 pound 4x8 straw bales are produced. Grain storage capacity of 200,000+ bushels allows for grain marketing of these products during the year.
